I was battling with anxiety and panic for about 20 years with the effect of ending up with depression to keep it company. I can tell you life was not a bundle of fun for me back then. I was put on a prescription of Chlorpromazine and 2mg Diazepam, which helped to a certain degree. But I hated the sensation of being sleepy all the time. Except it did aid to calm my fretfulness.

However stay calm and powewrful through those breathes because by the 6th or 7th the oxygen has been pumped so fast around your body you then feel the anxiety relief and the attack slows right down.

An additional great way for managing anxiety attacks, is to challenge the thinking that has fashioned your anxiety. By challenging your anxiety you halt it in it's track. As anxiety is a fear and a fear named is a fear shamed. Our belief are use to controlling anxiety panic, so by saying stop, we challenge that control.

Dealing with anxiety instead of running from it is a new skilled way in managing panic attacks. The more we evade anxious situation the stronger the anxiety becomes. So handling anxiety is a great deal better for you.
