I am a Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist (certified by the American Art Therapy Credentials Board). I have over 20 years experience working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, illness, eating disorders, and spiritual/existential conflict. I am skilled at including experiential explorations that take clients beyond just talking about their problems. As an Art Therapist, I can help clients find creative solutions to life's problems and also learn to respond to and tend their essential longing. I also provide art therapy training, supervision, CEU workshops, and emotional support services to other therapists and counselors in order to offer colleagues assistance in avoiding burn-out, staying creative, and maintaining soul-work practices through which we mature into effective healers. My studio is located on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

In the 35 years I have worked with clients, I've learned that our lives can change instantly. Sudden death, life threatening diagnosis, accidents, job loss, marriage, or divorce can shake us at our inner core. I also know that conflicts in relationships can be devastating and confusing. I strive to provide a safe, caring, compassionate and professional environment for you to work and find solutions. Feel free to call for a brief telephone consultation (no charge) to determine if I'm the right person to help you with your concerns.
