After projecting a multimillion-dollar shortfall for service payments, Southeastern Center for Mental Health expects to make it to the end of its budget year on June 30. But it will continue to be a struggle in the new year to meet the needs of people seeking help, center officials said Thursday at a meeting of Southeastern's governing board.
